Our home is located on 6 beautiful, wooded acres, which means you may encounter wildlife and critters such as deer, squirrels, rodents, insects (including flying insects), reptiles, and more. While we have a pest control service that visits quarterly and as needed, we cannot guarantee the absence of such critters in and around the property. Please note that the presence of these critters does not entitle guests to a refund. When visiting Tennessee, we recommend familiarizing yourself and your group with the local wildlife, including reptiles and insects, to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. If you’re not a Tennessee resident, it’s important to research the wildlife native to this area in advance. Additional Notes for Your Stay: Trash Pickup: Trash is collected early on Thursday mornings. We’ll remind you on Wednesday evening to ensure vehicles aren’t blocking access to the trash area. Mid-Term Stays: For stays longer than three weeks, complimentary mid-stay cleanings are provided. Property Maintenance: Lawn care and hot tub maintenance will take place on the property as needed.
